I haven't got any EVH style IRs yet. I will be making some this year though. I have a cabinet that is a close match to the cab used on the 1st VH album. When I finally get the time I'll do some proper IRs for that cab.
Hi Dweezil - any chance you can make these available in regular Fractal UltraRes format for us mere mortals that can't quite stretch to an AXE FXIII but would would still like to enjoy Frank's cabinets on the AX8 or AXE FXII
These are made specifically for the Fractal Audio Axe Effects units which use sysex files for speaker IRs. I'm sorry to say, I don't have the files in any other format.
I'm not sure I have access to them in wav files. If I am able to, I will. I plan to create speaker IR packages in the future and I plan to make them useful in various formats.
An IR is an impulse response. It's like taking an audio picture of a speaker and then playing music through it. It's possible to capture snapshots of the sound of different speakers which is essentially like EQ curves that enhance music in different ways.
Just click the above "Add to Cart" (It says above "To Download, add the free product to your cart." )
Then go to cart and "Checkout" -- and you'll get an email sent to you with the download link to the free IRs in it.

Gang - if they are in .syx format, they will likely only work on Fractal units, not others unfortunately. Not sure if anyone out there has created a conversion tool to convert from Fractal .syx to .wav yet...

They are indeed specific to AxeFxIII, as a fellow Helix user I searched for AxeFX SYX IR to WAV IR conversion tools, some exist but when they work, they only do for older Fractal models IRs, could not convert the ones that Dweezil shared to regular ones. I would love to check those IRs out on my Helix too. ;)
