Unexpected illumination when getting out of the car

I always pay attention to the little things - for example, how the light under the car door illuminates dirt or puddles. Last week I noticed that in my car it is practically impossible to see around my feet when getting out in the evening. I thought about upgrading this lighting to be both more stylish and more practical. Is it worth investing a few hundred in special LED lights if the old ones still work? I would like to hear the opinions of people who have installed a similar accessory in their cars.

I had the same thought a while back when I realized how dim the factory lighting was on my car. I ended up installing puddle lights myself, and honestly, it was one of those small upgrades that made a big difference. The installation wasn’t too complicated, and the LEDs not only help me see the ground clearly but also give a subtle stylish look when I open the doors at night.
